Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
CureAble is operated by CureAble Home Health Care Private Limited ("CureAble", "we", "us"). We provide child development services, including assessment, home therapy, centre-based therapy and our School Integrated Program, across Delhi NCR. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website, contact us, or use our services.
We act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal information described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").
2. Our commitment to children and families
Families often share sensitive details about their child with us. We treat that trust with care. Information about a child is collected only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, used only to support that child's development, and never used for advertising or sold to anyone.
3. Information we collect
When you use this website
- Enquiries through WhatsApp. Our contact page prepares a message and opens WhatsApp to the centre you choose. The website itself does not store what you type; the conversation then takes place on WhatsApp with that centre's team.
- Investor Relations enquiries. If you submit the Investor Relations form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, contact details, city and message) so our team can respond.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
When you use our services
- Parent or guardian details: name, phone number, email and address.
- Your child's details: name, date of birth, and the developmental, educational and health information needed for assessment and therapy.
- Assessment findings, development plans, session notes and progress records prepared by our team.
- Information you choose to share from schools, doctors or other professionals involved in your child's care.
- Billing and payment records.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an assessment or visit.
- To assess your child and build and deliver their development plan.
- To coordinate support between home, centre and school, where you have agreed to this.
- To keep you informed about your child's progress, sessions and schedules.
- For billing, record-keeping and meeting our legal obligations.
- To keep our services and this website safe and working well.
We will ask for your separate consent before using any photograph, video or story involving your child or family, for example on this website or on social media. You can say no, and it will not affect your child's care.
5. Consent and your choices
We process personal information on the basis of your consent or for purposes permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, but it may limit the services we can provide.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Within CureAble's clinical and care team working with your child.
- With your child's school, doctor or other professionals, only with your consent.
- With trusted service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email and communication tools), under obligations to protect it.
- When required by law, court order or a government authority.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to children's records is limited to people who need it to provide care.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you or your child;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf; and
- raise a grievance with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Links to other websites
This website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
